My first furry convention! - Part 2
Today was Day 2 of the Maltese Fur Con. Today since the weekend commuter rail schedule was a little odd and would be a little disruptive with our plans, I had my dad drive me to the Quincy Adams Red Line subway station, and I rode into Boston from there. Traveling was a little easier today, so that's a plus. Anyways, I had quite a bit of fun today too. Among arriving...

Someone apparently had the Maltese Pigeon! A struggle to get it back was photographed here...

Us getting ready for the fursuit parade! Once pics of the actual parade are available, I'll post one or two of them. Let's just say it was pretty easy, and fun too!

Here we all are in a group shot after the parade. Sure was amazing!

Look, the hotel even has a couple of iMac computers in the main lobby! As I said, there are quite a few Mac users in Boston, myself included (though I haven't brought my MacBook to the con yet.)

Then came the Masquerade/Talent Show. Here's a video of my performance from that!

I partly did this to celebrate the 20th anniversary of "The Mask." A judge commented on it, saying that performing a dance from the film without the use of special effects took real talent. I am delighted by the compliment!

A fursuit totem pole! :D

Another photo of the dragon Kander Drake.

There was also a little seminar I attended there: "Furry in a Non-Furry World." Pretty informative stuff! We also had a dance party, and even a murder! (Don't worry; it was only a make-believe murder. Remember, there is a mystery game that is also part of the convention.)

Tune in tomorrow evening for the thrilling conclusion! I am definitely enjoying myself here.

I saw you a couple of times across the room, but you were moving too fast for me to say hi. Hope to catch you tomorrow.
